TAI CHI BASICS (Video + Online Training)

Learn warm-ups, Tai Chi Principles and Yang Style 8 Steps Tai Chi in 8 weeks.

Videos will be released on this page on 11, 18, 25 Jan; 1, 8, 15, 22 Feb and 1 March.

Online classes will be on Zoom on 14, 21, 28 Jan; 4, 11, 18, 25 Feb 19:00-19:30 and 4 March 19:00-20:00.

  • Practice with the videos on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Join the online training on Thursday evening to correct and deepen the movements in the video of that week.
  • Repeat what you have learnt on the remaining days.
  • To join the program after it started, simply watch all released videos and join the next online classes for movements of those weeks. On 4 March we will review all of the movements.

Videos and online trainings are donation based. You can donate any amount you wish.
