Warm-ups, 24 Steps Yang Style Tai Chi, Essentials of Tai Chi: 7-10, Eight Brocades. Wuji, Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth Stances and Power Tests. Sideways Walk, Ending-Beginning Dynamics, Muscle Dynamics, Dantian Closing, Self-massage.

This workshop follows Tai Chi Basics and Tai Chi Mechanics training. If you haven’t received them prepare beforehand with the Tai Chi Basics training videos.

Fee: €216 or 3240 TL (Includes 12 lessons and handout. Can be paid in 4 instalments on 1st of March, April, May and June).
