Tai Chi Workshop in Limassol
Tai Chi is an excellent exercise for health. It is also known as “Moving Meditation” because of the slow, fluid, circular and centered Martial Arts and Qigong movements practiced with a relaxed body and mind. Tai Chi improves balance, flexibility, cardiovascular health and the immune system.
Learn 8 Steps, Yang Style Tai Chi (the best form for beginners): Saturday 19th May 16:00-19:00 and Sunday 20th May 08:00-11:00 Dasoudi Beach (under the eucalyptus trees), Limassol. You will learn the first half of the exercise on Saturday and the second half on Sunday.
Total Fee for two days: €60. Reservation by email to email@example.com by 17 May is mandatory. This workshop will be done if there are, as of 17 May, at least 5 confirmed participants for both days.
